Order Processing

Aimmel advocates eco-friendly “made-to-order” inventory that reduces production waste. Orders are ready for shipment in 3-7 days from the date of order placement.  

Order Status

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status.

Exceptions

Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses in Europe and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries) because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package.

Customs Duties

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Aimmel cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.

 

Order Address Error

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
